FAQ

Frequently asked

Still unanswered? Chat us directly on WhatsApp.

How much is a Yogyakarta 4 days 3 nights tour?

From around IDR 2,500,000 per person, including three nights' stay, breakfast, transport, a driver-guide, and entry tickets for the main destinations — paid directly by the driver, so you don't need cash at every gate. The per-person price drops as the group grows, since the car and driver cost is shared — for groups over six we put together a custom quote. Confirm the exact figure over WhatsApp, free and with no obligation to book.

Can we build a fully custom trip plan?

Yes, and it's the most common route. The packages above are a starting point, not a fixed menu. Through the custom planner on this page you pick the group size, the kind of experience, and the spots you want — we sequence the route so the four days stay balanced, then send the price estimate.

What's the difference between the 4D3N packages?

Same duration, different direction: Napak Tilas gives the Palace & Taman Sari day one, Borobudur day two, then Prambanan day three — each temple gets its own full morning rather than sharing a day. Kulawarga follows a child's rhythm and deliberately leaves one afternoon free to rest. Segara covers three directions at once — Merapi's slopes, the Gunungkidul coast, then the Menoreh Hills. Ayem trades temples for villages: batik-making at Wukirsari, Imogiri, and the Bantul pine forest. If none fits exactly, spots from different packages can be mixed through the custom planner on this page.

Which spots can we visit?

Four days is the most complete duration: enough to reach several directions without losing a whole day to driving. The route can cover Borobudur in Magelang Regency, Prambanan and Merapi's slopes in Sleman, the Palace and Tamansari in Yogyakarta City, the pine forests and the Wukirsari batik village in Bantul, white-sand beaches and caves in Gunungkidul, and the Menoreh Hills in Kulon Progo. What sets it apart from shorter trips is not the number of stops but that each direction gets its own day.

Where's the pickup — YIA Airport, Tugu Station, or the hotel?

The pickup point follows how you arrive. YIA Airport in Kulon Progo sits about 45 kilometers from the city center — on a four-day trip that actually helps, since day one can cover the western side like Menoreh or Borobudur before heading into the city. Arriving by train, both Tugu Station and Lempuyangan Station are central. The bus terminal or your hotel work as pickup points too.

What vehicle is used — does it suit office groups or study tours?

Yes. The vehicle matches the group: an Avanza for small groups up to four, an Innova for up to six, a HiAce for roughly ten to fourteen, and a bus for larger parties. For office groups or study tours, the HiAce and bus see the most use since they carry the group and still leave luggage room for four days. Gathering agendas or educational visits can be folded into the route. All are air-conditioned, with fuel, parking, and a driver who doubles as your guide included.

Which area is the hotel in, and can we upgrade?

3-star with breakfast by default, though the final pick is matched to the package you take, what you need, and availability on your dates. Over four days, switching areas every couple of nights actually cuts time on the road — say, around Malioboro for the city days, then the Sleman side when the route leans toward Merapi and Prambanan. Prawirotaman is the pick if you want a quieter feel. Upgrading to 4 or 5-star is fine, with the price adjusting to match.

Is this tour private?

Private. Only your group is in the car, never merged with strangers, and there's no shared departure schedule to chase. Spots can be swapped or added mid-trip, and the hotel upgraded as you like.

We're from out of town — how should we get to Yogyakarta?

From Semarang, Solo, Malang, or Purwokerto, train and bus are still comfortable since the trip runs under eight hours. From Jakarta, Bandung, or Surabaya, an overnight train or a flight saves energy. For large out-of-town groups, a train is usually easier to coordinate than several separate flights. Tickets to Yogyakarta aren't included in the package.

Does the price change during peak season?

It can shift during school holidays, year-end, and long national holidays, mostly because hotel rates rise — and on a four-day trip with three nights, that's where the difference bites hardest. If your dates fall in those windows, we flag the difference upfront rather than after booking.
