The per-person price drops as the group grows, since the car and driver cost is shared. The number of spots you pick also matters.
What time can we start — pickup at YIA Airport or Tugu Station?
Most start at 8 AM, but that's adjustable. The pickup point follows how you arrive: Tugu Station and Lempuyangan Station are both central and the most practical for a one day tour. YIA Airport in Kulon Progo sits about 45 kilometers from the city center, so if you land there we start the route from the western side to keep your single day off the road. The bus terminal or a hotel work too.
Which spots fit in a single day?
Usually three to four spots, and it works best when they're in one direction so time isn't lost moving between them. The city route covers Malioboro, the Palace, Tamansari, and Prambanan; the northern route heads into Merapi's slopes and Kaliurang via Kaliadem and Ullen Sentalu; the southern route drops to Gunungkidul beaches like Sadranan. Borobudur in Magelang Regency takes most of a day, so it usually becomes a route of its own.

What vehicle is used, and how many does it seat?
The vehicle matches the group. An Avanza for small groups up to four, an Innova for up to six with more legroom and luggage space, a HiAce for roughly ten to fourteen, and a bus for larger parties. All are air-conditioned, with fuel, parking, and a driver who doubles as your guide included.
Is it private or shared with others?
Private. Only your group is in the car, never merged with strangers, and there's no shared departure schedule to chase. Start time, how long you linger at each spot, and the order of destinations all follow your pace.
Good for a layover or extended meeting?
Yes. We pick up and drop off at the airport, station, or hotel to fit your schedule, including if you only have half a day free. Share your arrival and departure times and we'll shape a route that fits the gap.
Does the price change during peak season?
A one day tour stays relatively stable since no hotel rate is involved. What can shift are add-on activity tickets outside the package (jeep, tubing, etc.) during long holidays. If your date falls in a busy period, we flag the difference upfront rather than after booking.
